Check-in starts at 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00, with reception open until 23:59 and a front desk attended 24 hours a day. The hotel has 85 rooms across a range of layouts, from a compact standard double to a spacious triple, and children aged 0 stay free of charge with their parents. On-site parking is available for 30 AED per day, and the property collects the compulsory Tourism Dirham fee upon check-in. Getting here is straightforward. From Dubai International Airport a taxi takes roughly 15 to 30 minutes depending on traffic, or you can take the Red Line metro from Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, change at BurJuman and continue to Al Ghubaiba or Al Fahidi, both a short walk from the hotel. Sharjah International Airport is about 24.5 km away.
